From Plain and Boring to a True Chefs Kitchen
This client wanted a true chefs kitchen for entertaining friends and family. We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room to open the space up, all while keeping the original charm of the house. (i.e. the arch over the kitchen windows & matching the original wood floors). We installed a Wolf slide-in range, new hood and other appliances, as well as built a bar and pantry system.
Huge Transformation in this DC Condo
This condo we opened the wall between the kitchen and dining room as well as the kitchen and entry. We Rebuilt the coat closet and created a kitchen to flow with the rest of the condo. We custom built pillars on either side of the stove to cover beams that were not able to be removed. We also custom built the island around support beams holding up the floors above. This project was challenging in the design due to all the building complications, but we were able to make it a beautiful redesign that other homeowners in the building were jealous of and still stay within the clients budget. These clients also lived out of state throughout the entire project. We only met with them 1 time before starting the project and worked with them through email and FaceTime to complete the project.
Clients Dream Come True
This client wanted to have the owners bath of their dreams in their new forever home! We removed the wall between the original master bath and the unused sitting area. We were able to make space for a double vanity, a large master bathroom shower for 2 (with a rain head and multiple shower functions), as well as a soaking tub big enough for 2. The client was also able to have space for a vanity area with a charging drawer custom made for all her hair tools to plug in like a studio. We moved the closet door to enter from the bedroom instead of the sitting room & installed a bathroom vent with Bluetooth so they can play their favorite music while relaxing in the shower or tub.

AMAZING BASEMENT TRANSFORMATION
A Virginia basement was transformed into an open space, perfect for entertaining. TV room, kitchen, bathroom and game room all flow together providing ample space for any party size, large or small.

MINI RENOVATION & STAGING
Here the homeowner wanted to update the kitchen with more storage and new appliances. Stephanie and her team were able to remove the wall between the laundry and refrigerator so they could gain space for a pantry. They also added a large pantry on the other side of the kitchen (adding the equivalent of 6 more cabinets). They opened up the doorway between the kitchen and dining room (not pictured) to help with overall flow. New cabinets, flooring, counter top, backsplash and fixtures completed this project.

HELLO BASEMENT!
The homeowners had a beautiful patio off their lower level that wasn't being utilized because the basement was nothing more than a playroom for their young daughter. Stephanie and her team were able to design a kitchen area and entertaining space that enabled more functional space. Maximum storage was created by converting a simple closet to a wine bar -and- a large island and built in entertainment area (that doubles to hide all the toys when dad needs to get away to his "man cave" and watch his 70+" TV)!

LIGHTER & BRIGHTER!
This condo needed updating to go on the market. Simple remodeling included light fixtures, paint, wood flooring and new appliances did the job!
Full staging also made the house show lighter and brighter!
